Welcome to Grateful Today. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grateful Today mobile application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Grateful Today ("Grateful Today," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Grateful Today is a wellness and mindfulness app that may provide features such as:

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Guest Mode data is stored locally on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear storage, reset your device, or for other reasons. You assume all risk of data loss in Guest Mode.
You retain ownership of content you create in the App (e.g., reflections, custom categories) ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and otherwise process your User Content only to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including syncing across your devices if you enable that feature.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of creating, storing, sharing, or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide User Content and that it does not violate law or any third-party rights.
You agree not to create or share User Content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, invasive of privacy, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise objectionable, or that contains malware or code designed to disrupt the Service.
If you share content via third-party platforms (e.g., social media), you understand that it may become public and may be handled according to those platforms' policies. We are not responsible for how third parties use or display shared content.
The Service and its content (including prompts, design, graphics, interface, and functionality) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grateful Today and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Account deletion: You may delete your account using the in-app account deletion feature (or if unavailable in your region, by contacting us). Deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may change the Service or these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@gratefultoday.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
You and Grateful Today agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Grateful Today regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
